ACRC Procures Pesticide Container Recycling Services for Midwest and Northwest

The ACRC procures pesticide container recycling services for various areas of the U.S on a three-year rotating basis. Current service agreements for the Midwest and Northwest territories are set to expire at the end of 2013.

To implement its commitment to its members, (and ultimately their customers), to provide services in the most cost effective manner, the ACRC issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms in both of these territories for recycling services for the period 2014 thru 2016. Proposals were evaluated by the ACRC Contracts Committee for price and ability to perform according to ACRC requirements.

After evaluating the RFPs, the Contracts Committee made recommendations to the Executive Board. In late September, the Executive Board awarded three-year contracts, effective January 1, 2014 to CSN, LLC and Agri-Plas, Inc. for the Midwest and Northwest service areas, respectively.

Professional users of pesticides; e.g. farmers and commercial applicators in the Midwest states and Northwest States that are interested in recycling their properly rinsed containers at no cost should contact these ACRC contractors to arrange for continued or new service:
